Consumer Confidence Improves Off Lows - August 2025

August’s Consumer Confidence reading continues to show a rebound in sentiment since the tariff induced lows of April. While confidence has not yet reached levels seen early in 2025 the trend indicates consumers are feeling better, at least in the short term. This could lead to increased spending on goods and services.
